Maintenance Coordinator (Administrative - Folly Beach)
Wyndham Vacation Rentals-Folly Beach is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time, Year Round Maintenance Coordinator. This person will conduct general Property Services Office procedures including opening/closing procedures, answering telephones, responding to guest and owner requests, running daily reports, communicating with various departments and coordinating services and inspections when necessary. Some duties may include:

+ Greet owners, guests and service providers courteously and efficiently.

+ Generate daily reports for the Property Services office.

+ Answer telephones in a courteous, timely manner taking accurate information from guests, owners or "field" employees.

+ Complete daily operational checklist of opening, mid-day and closing procedures.

+ Communicate with Housekeeping Inspectors and Property Services Runners any changes in daily duties.

+ Enter work orders documenting events and initiating service requests as reported by guests, owners, Property Managers or Housekeeping Inspectors.

+ Review daily notes and equipment orders, taking appropriate action as needed.

+ Issue keys to service providers.

+ Serve as the Maintenance Department dispatcher.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: One year office experience preferred. Computer skills are required.
